This is an organisation-wide role. It is not tied to one team, one product or one industry: you work across all our client accounts and our own product portfolio. Presales is the core of this role. You lead solutioning, write the estimates and Statements of Work, and own the technical story we take to clients. Alongside that, you set architecture direction, stay hands-on where it matters, and guide junior engineers. No specific domain — healthcare, banking, manufacturing or public sector — is mandatory. Sound architecture judgement matters more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Presales & Solutioning (primary) Own the technical presales process end to end — discovery, solution design, effort estimates and Statements of Work for proposals, RFPs and tenders. Present the solution and product demos to client stakeholders, both technical and business. Give realistic estimates and challenge unrealistic scope or timelines before they are committed, not after.
