Sprawl
A departmental portal that started as a document library and has grown into something nobody can navigate.
We build what SharePoint does not do out of the box. Custom intranets, SPFx applications and Power Platform workflows for organisations already running Microsoft 365, engineered, delivered and supported by developers who work in SharePoint every day.

Trusted by enterprise teams across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
Most organisations we work with have had Microsoft 365 for years. Licences are paid for, sites exist, people log in. What they do not have is software that fits the way their business actually works.
That gap usually shows up in one of a few ways.
A departmental portal that started as a document library and has grown into something nobody can navigate.
Approval processes still running on email threads and spreadsheet trackers, with no audit trail and no visibility into where anything is stuck.
An intranet built two or three years ago by a developer or agency you no longer have access to, now quietly breaking as Microsoft ships platform updates.
Content, project data and operational records spread across file shares, Teams, personal drives and legacy systems, with no single place to look.
None of these are licensing problems, and no reseller will solve them. They are engineering problems. That is the work we do.
Custom intranets built as real applications, not templated site collections. Modular architecture, role-based access, native mobile behaviour and a design your teams will actually use. Built to scale across offices, business units and languages.
SharePoint intranet developmentSPFx web parts, extensions and full applications engineered in React and TypeScript, integrated through Microsoft Graph and PnPjs. Line-of-business systems that live natively inside SharePoint rather than sitting in an iframe beside it.
SharePoint development servicesApproval chains, request handling, onboarding, compliance sign-off and operational workflows built on Power Automate and Power Apps. Replace the email-and-spreadsheet process with something auditable that runs itself.
Power Automate and Power Apps consultingStructured migration from file shares, cloud storage, AWS S3 and legacy SharePoint into Microsoft 365, including tenant-to-tenant moves, permission mapping, governance reporting and SharePoint to Azure Blob archiving for long-term retention.
SharePoint migration servicesOngoing administration, governance, monitoring and enhancement under a single agreement. Including the part most providers cannot do: maintaining and extending the custom code inside your environment as Microsoft's platform changes around it.
SharePoint managed servicesInformation architecture, governance design, platform assessment and roadmap work for organisations deciding what to build, what to retire and what to consolidate. Often the first engagement, and frequently a standalone one.
Consulting and advisoryMost SharePoint providers configure. We engineer. The distinction matters when what you need does not exist as a setting, a template or a marketplace add-in.
SPFx is Microsoft's supported model for extending SharePoint Online, and it is where the bulk of our development sits. Components built in SPFx run inside the page rather than embedded in a frame, which means they inherit the user's authentication context, respect existing permissions automatically, and behave correctly in the mobile app. We build web parts, application customisers, field customisers and command sets in React and TypeScript.
The value in a custom SharePoint application usually comes from data that lives outside SharePoint. Microsoft Graph gives us a single interface into Teams, Outlook, Entra ID, OneDrive and Planner, so an intranet can show a user their calendar, their team's channels and their pending approvals in one view. PnPjs gives us a reliable, well-maintained layer over the SharePoint REST APIs for everything site- and list-level.
Power Automate and Power Apps handle process where SharePoint handles content. We use them for approval routing, conditional escalation, scheduled operations and mobile-first data capture, and we connect them to the same SharePoint data layer rather than building a parallel one. Where a flow hits the limits of the low-code model, we extend it with Azure Functions rather than forcing an unnatural workaround.
For processing that does not belong in SharePoint (heavy computation, scheduled jobs, external integrations, long-term archiving), we build on Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Blob Storage. This keeps SharePoint fast and keeps your storage costs predictable as volume grows.
Trivandi, a major-events and venue consultancy operating from Brisbane, Dubai, London and Riyadh, needed a single platform its distributed teams could work from rather than four disconnected ways of working. We built a modular SharePoint intranet, with role-based access across regions and a structure that lets new modules be added without rebuilding the core.
I want to thank Chhaya from the MoreYeahs team, she has been a great partner to work with and really understood the project requirements.
A capital expenditure approval process running on email and spreadsheets, with no audit trail and no way to see where a request was sitting. We built a Power Automate and Power Apps solution with conditional routing by value threshold, automatic escalation, full approval history and a mobile interface for approvers who are rarely at a desk.
Defined deliverable, agreed timeline, fixed cost. Best when the requirement is clear and the outcome is specific: a migration, a defined application, a single intranet build.

What enterprise teams ask us before starting a SharePoint engagement.
Tell us what you have and what is not working. We will look at your current SharePoint environment, tell you what we would build, what we would leave alone and what it would take, before anyone talks about contracts.
