Reimagining Identity Governance with Connected Data and Conversational AI

Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) is an AI-powered Identity Governance and Access Management platform designed to help enterprises gain complete visibility into users, roles, permissions, and business processes. By connecting identity data from multiple enterprise systems, EKG enables organizations to proactively manage access risks, improve compliance, and strengthen security governance through intelligent insights and conversational experiences.

Organizations struggled with fragmented identity and access data across multiple systems, making SoD violation detection manual, time-consuming, and reactive. Limited visibility into user-role-permission relationships increased security, compliance, and audit challenges, while traditional governance tools lacked contextual insights and intuitive user experiences.

An AI-powered Enterprise Knowledge Graph platform built on Neo4j, AWS, Microsoft Entra ID, and SAP S/4HANA centralized identity and access data. It enabled automated SoD detection, role analysis, access lineage tracking, and what-if simulations, while a conversational AI assistant provided natural language access to governance insights and graph visualizations.

The project adopted a graph-first, AI-driven approach to unify enterprise identity data within a Neo4j knowledge graph. AI-powered analytics, reasoning, and conversational interfaces enabled connected access analysis, simplified governance workflows, and ensured accurate risk detection, identity correlation, and compliance monitoring.

The solution leveraged Neo4j, AWS, Microsoft Entra ID, SAP S/4HANA, Streamlit, Large Language Models (LLMs), Graph Analytics, and Conversational AI.

Advanced graph modeling enabled relationship-based access analysis, while AI-powered reasoning and natural language processing provided intelligent risk assessment, SoD analysis, access simulations, and interactive governance experiences through web and collaboration platforms.

The platform enabled proactive access risk and SoD conflict detection, improved audit readiness and compliance, accelerated governance processes, and empowered stakeholders with intuitive, conversational access to identity and risk insights.

The project highlighted how knowledge graphs and AI can transform identity governance from a reactive compliance function into a proactive approach to security, risk management, and access intelligence.
