This client’s app is a trusted, market-leading platform designed to simplify how customers manage and pay their credit card bills—securely, seamlessly, and on time. Built for speed and reliability, it rewards users with cashback and vouchers while delivering a rich ecosystem of services, including utility bill payments, Wallet, a unified credit dashboard, Insta Cash, and loans against mutual funds. Backed by bank-grade encryption and fully compliant with RBI regulations, they ensures robust data protection and legal security, creating a consistently safe and superior customer experience founded on trust.

Driven by the goal of optimizing infrastructure costs, they engaged with us, and together we collaboratively developed the case statement.

The Challenges

The customer leveraging cloud-based software services, reported instances of overbilling during their cloud usage. This raised concerns around cost transparency and accurate consumption tracking.
