Meet the Client

This client operates in the enterprise digital workplace and employee experience domain, enabling organizations to modernize internal collaboration and communication. The business focuses on unifying people, processes, and content across departments through integrated platforms. It supports enterprises in improving employee engagement, information accessibility, and productivity. Its solutions address challenges arising from fragmented systems, legacy intranets, and inconsistent user experiences.

The Challenges

The organization was operating with disconnected internal systems, resulting in the absence of a unified employee experience. Employees faced challenges accessing policies, tools, and updates spread across multiple departments. A static legacy intranet contributed to low engagement and limited interaction. There was no centralized employee directory or clear visibility into company events. Additionally, inconsistent user interfaces and navigation created confusion and reduced overall usability.

The Solution

We designed and developed a fully customized SharePoint Online intranet using modern UX principles to deliver a unified digital workplace. The solution features a dynamic, personalized homepage with greeting banners, hero sections, and multiple content views. An employee directory popup enables quick access to contact details, while popular resources and external links improve usability. Interactive elements such as events calendars, polls, featured news, and team widgets drive employee engagement. Department-specific pages ensure structured information access, scalability, and consistency across the platform.

The Approach
