Meet the Client

We worked with a client who is specialized in IT solutions offering multiple products and services and their clientele is ranging from end users to large enterprises. Their core services and products are in IP Telephony and SSL certificates domain. Basically, it’s a comprehensive provider for multiple brand products. Organization’s website is loaded with wide variety of products and services which clearly represents their global reach and presence.

Amid increasing customers, they need an upper hand on the website functionality which is the primary interface for growing user base to be operational without any issues.

The challenges

As the customer base began to expand, traffic steadily increased across the platform. More users meant more concurrent requests, higher data processing demands, and greater reliance on third-party integrations. While this growth was a positive sign for their business, it quietly started exposing limitations in the existing website architecture.
Page load times began to slow during peak hours. Occasional downtime surfaced as servers struggled to handle the rising workload.

Manual maintenance processes that once worked well became reactive and time-consuming. Security risks also increased, as a larger user base attracted more frequent and sophisticated threats.

The Solution

To understand the root cause, a comprehensive website performance review was initiated. The review examined server response times, traffic patterns, database queries, application behavior, and third-party integrations. This assessment revealed multiple bottlenecks: servers were handling uneven traffic loads, resource utilization was inefficient, and manual monitoring limited the team’s ability to respond proactively.

Based on these insights, we used cloud monitoring and logging tools to monitor, capture and extract metadata from logs for review purpose. Load balancers were deployed to evenly distribute incoming traffic. Performance monitoring and alerting tools were introduced to provide real-time visibility into system health and enable quicker issue detection. Caching mechanism and database optimization were applied to reduce response times, while automated scaling was configured to handle traffic spikes seamlessly. Cloud based data optimization tools were deployed to optimize data processing.

In order to reduce likelihood of errors, AI based tools were also implemented for performance monitoring, content delivery network, auto-healing, traffic and load optimization.

The Approach

To achieve ambitious website performance goals, the solution was designed with cloud and AI tools at its core.
The implemented solution was designed to automatically perform automated logs aggregation, analysis and auto remediation, predictive traffic scaling using automation, AI-driven incident management and resolution process, Website speed optimization using AI, load balancer implementation.
This includes a one-time capital expenditure to upgrade the website maintenance infrastructure.

Technology and Innovation

The solution was proposed and implemented which includes integration of AI with cloud computing. AI-Driven intelligence was utilized with cloud infrastructure with key consideration of automation, self-healing, security and compliance. On one hand cloud computing tools like cloud app service, VMs, Kubernetes cluster, blob storage, CDN, load balancer, geo-replication, WAF were taking care of high availability, security, and provided auto scaling during traffic spikes.

While AI provided backbone for the automation framework which detected anomaly for traffic spikes, slow response time, increased error rate, triggered restart. Artificial intelligence played a major role in malware and vulnerability and suspicious login behaviour detection and respective remediation. Auto-apply security patches, roll back faulty deployments, restart failed services were some other services provided by AI.

The Outcome

Informed outcomes by client included proactive issue detection, reduced downtime, improved performance and scalability, enhanced security, high reliability, availability and optimized cost. Restructured system ensured high availability and seamless functionality for the customer and added to their brand value.

The system also facilitates positive experience and provided stability to the website. An expanding and diverse customer base has come up with positive feedback and appreciated the renovation thus getting client’s presence solidified in global market.
